Britain and Ireland, QUBAN, Defender of the Haith, to

kak 1sung Man of No. 15, Queen's Road Central,

Victoria in the Colony of hongkong.

You are hereby commanded, that, all Excuses being laid aside,

you, be and appear in your own proper terson before the Supreme

Court of hongkong in its Summary Jurisdiction on the 26th. day

of May, 190%, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, to testify all and

singular what you know in a certain Cause or Matter of Complaint

now pending and undetermined, between Chung Ut, Flaintiff, and

Cheung Kom Tsun Defendant; then and there to be heard and de-

termined: and herein, fail not at your peril.
